Action research project to identify and develop intercultural potential of employees, personell officers and organisations such as small and medium-sized enterprises and educational institutions. Apart from qualifying descision makers and disseminators of information in the contact with intercultural dimension we focus on the development of an intercultural audit procedure. Coordinated by BBQ Stuttgart; funded by the EUs EQUAL programme.
