This website has got new looks. But not only the looks have changed: the technical basis has changed as well...
The design of the "old" IRIS website - and its functionality - were programmed by Axel Pohl "by hand". With the steady growth of the body of information available at iris-egris.de maintaining the site proved more and more difficult. Therefore we have switched to a professional "content management system" and we hope to be able to deliver new information to our visitors in a more efficient way like this.
